Refund and Returns Policy

At PrettySphere, we want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


 Our 30-Day Return Promise

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, and in the original packaging

  • The product must be in resellable condition

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email)


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards or e-gift vouchers

  • Health, personal care, or beauty items that have been opened

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food)

  • Items clearly marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase


 Partial Refunds May Be Issued If:

  • An item is returned in a used or damaged condition

  • Packaging is missing or significantly altered

  • A product is returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • The return reason is not due to our error


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider


Delayed or Missing Refunds?

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting times can vary)

  3. Contact your bank — sometimes there’s a delay in processing

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refunds unless faulty or damaged.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at [Insert Contact Email] with your order number and issue

  2. Send the item to:

We’ll ship a replacement once we’ve received and approved your returned item.


Gifts

Returning a gift? Here’s how it works:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return

  • Once your return is received, we’ll email you a gift card or voucher code

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or shipped to the gift-giver’s address, we’ll refund the original purchaser directly


How to Return an Item

Important notes:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake)

  • We recommend using a tracked service for valuable or fragile items

  • We are not liable for returns lost in transit

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label
